As part of this transition, Community Futures Chinook extends its sincere thanks to Sean Blewett, stepping down as General Manager, and Tom Machacek, completing his term as Board Chair. Their leadership and dedication have played a key role in strengthening the organization and supporting rural businesses across Southeast Alberta.
Bringing fresh energy and a strong commitment to the community, Alvaro Mendes is drawing on his experience as Community Futures Chinook’s Business Analyst as he takes on his new role. Together with Board Chair David Sawatzky, they are eager to continue fostering growth and success for rural businesses.
